Nigel Stephens is the Founder and Principal at Phoenix Strategies, Inc., a team with extensive experience in Federal and State Public Sector policy and procurement that brings a unique set of skills, experience, and relationships in Washington D.C. He has worked in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, on political campaigns, and in the private sector to successfully implement initiatives for technology and innovation adoption, small business and entrepreneurship, minority business development, modernizing government, and economic development. Prior to launching Phoenix Strategies, Nigel led government affairs offices for Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and Infor. He has also served in both Chambers of Congress as Chief of Staff for Rep. Yvette D. Clarke (NY), Professional Staff on the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and Legislative Assistant for Rep. Albert R. Wynn (MD).



Nigel is a graduate of Towson University and holds a MA from The George Washington University and MBA from the University of Maryland University College.
