As Vice President and Head of Federal Government Relations for Walgreens, Isaac leads the company's federal advocacy and oversees interactions with Congress, the Administration, and U.S. government agencies. Prior to joining Walgreens, Isaac served as Director of Federal Government Affairs and Health Policy at Boston Scientific, a leading medical technology company. He also worked as a Principal at Tarplin Downs & Young LLC, a top government relations firm, where he advised clients on a range of issues and managed high-stakes advocacy campaigns.
