Norman H. Ross, Jr. is Vice President, Federal and Regional Government Affairs, MGM Resorts International. He joined MGM in 2014, and manages the Company’s Federal government affairs programs. He also manages government affairs, public policy, issue management and advocacy for MGM’s Regional properties.
Before joining MGM, Norman was the Director, Federal Government Affairs with The Coca-Cola Company. For over 15 years, he provided leadership to the Company in the Public Affairs and Communications function. He led government affairs, community affairs as well as internal and external communications for the Company in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Norman obtained a B.A. from Morehouse College and a Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He is married to his college sweetheart, Chelsea, and they have two children, Campbell Madison and Norman, III “Buddy.”
